I really regret eating healthy today. – said no one ever!

I had my last exam of the semester and now I am on my winter break. I have a lot of shifts at work over the next few weeks, so I will be busy and hopefully stay out of trouble. Today I am working at a Santa breakfast, which I am really looking forward to. Kids at Christmas are just the cutest! Have a great Saturday!

Coconut Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Coconut Kiwi Layer
  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 1 kiwi, peeled and cubed
  3. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Coconut Strawberry Layer
  1. 1/2 frozen banana
  2. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  3. 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
  1. 1. Thoroughly blend until all ingredients are smooth.
  2. 2. Serve immediately.
  3. 3. Sprinkle some additional chia seeds on top.
