Just Romping Around Brooklyn

I think I just may have taken way too many photos on my trip because I am still editing pictures. I can confidently tell you that this won’t be the last New York outfit post you see.  : ) I love wearing comfy clothes, especially when on vacation. I seem to end up on the go from morning until night and being comfortable (and cool) is so important.  This romper is perfect for travel. I snapped some photos of it in front of this fun Dumbo street art.

I took the subway to Brooklyn, had lunch, explored a bit and then walked back to New York over the Brooklyn Bridge. It was a smoking hot day. I don’t know if I am the only one, but when I am hot or after exercising, my veins pop out which is very evident in these photos. Did I say it was smoking hot?!? This romper really was a great outfit to wear that day because I stayed cool and it was like wearing PJs around New York City!!

I paired this romper with some sandals and a super fun watermelon bag that can also be a clutch. It also comes in the green, orange and pink but I thought I could use the black one more often!

This amazing mural is actually one of two 80 foot wide murals in Dumbo, Brooklyn by Yuko Shimizu. Unfortunately, I didn’t get photos of the other side because there were so many cars parked there. Next time!  I really enjoyed all of the Dumbo street art. Here are some images of both sides of the underpass:

I hope you all have a wonderful day! Today I will be baking up a storm in the kitchen and getting a lot of work done before I have to go to work.  🙂
