I loooove my new Vitamix Total Nutrition Center and I know that I will use it all the time.  It is for more than smoothies and it is great to use for many recipes, from salsa and dips to cookies and bars. It is making preparation a breeze.

The Total Nutrition Center can chop, cream, blend, grind, knead, churn, emulsify, purée, powder and whip ingredients. However, my favourite part is how quiet it is! I can use it early in the morning and not wake everyone else.  🙂
