You all know that I am a big fan of smoothies. I have one almost every day. I find they are great for morning or post workout…or when I am craving a snack. Ones with a great mix of ingredients, like this Super Green Smoothie, are favourites.

Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 Cup blackberries
  2. 1 Cup strawberries
  3. 1/2 Cup spinach
  4. 1 Banana
  5. 1/2 Kiwi, peeled
  6. 1/2 Cup pineapple, frozen
  7. 1 Scoop Genuine Health greens+
  8. 1 Cup milk or almond milk
Topping
  1. 1/2 Tsp. chia seeds
  2. Berries
Instructions
  1. Place smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in glass and sprinkle on chia seeds. Embellish with berries.
