You all know that I am a big fan of smoothies. I have one almost every day. I find they are great for morning or post workout…or when I am craving a snack. Ones with a great mix of ingredients, like this Super Green Smoothie, are favourites.

- 1/4 Cup blackberries
- 1 Cup strawberries
- 1/2 Cup spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 Cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 Scoop Genuine Health greens+
- 1 Cup milk or almond milk
- 1/2 Tsp. chia seeds
- Place smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour in glass and sprinkle on chia seeds. Embellish with berries.
