Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

This strawberry banana smoothie bowl is an easy and healthy way to kick-start the day. I love smoothies but get tired of breakfast in a glass, so I decided to try something different.  This is made exactly like a smoothie (you can use your favourite mix of fruit and veggies), but you put it in a bowl instead of a cup. You can then garnish it with your favourite toppings. I used fruit, but you could add nuts, granola, or even chocolate chips (I won’t judge). Give it a try! With back to school around the corner, this will be a great way to start your day.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
  1. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/2 cup orange juice
  4. 1/4 cup milk
  5. fresh fruit for topping
  1. 1. Add four smoothie ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. (If using fresh strawberries, add ice to blender).
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings. I used fruit, but you can use chia seeds, oatmeal, granola, nuts, coconut, etc.
