Hello, Halloween!

Hello, Halloween! I have been waiting for you to arrive. I have two costumes pulled together for today. Both are created with items from my closet.  This Mini Mouse costume is what I will wear to work today (I am a hostess – the hostess with the mostess!). It had to be work appropriate and easy to move in. Since I was at Disney World in August, I had a pair of mouse ears just waiting to be used. I added a tulle skirt, black T-shirt and some Docs and I am set. โค

My second costume is for a party tonight. My boyfriend, Jeffrey, and I are going as nerds. Once again, it just made the costume from the items I have in my closet.  Last year we were Luigi and Mario and I thought we looked pretty fantastic. I will share photos tomorrow if I get any good ones.

Have a fun and safe night! For your amusement I have added a throwback photo from Halloween when I was a little girl.

Isabella liked to dress up and stay at home on Halloween. Trick or treating was too scary for her because she had a paralyzing fear of full body costumes. She would wait until her brother was home from trick or treating and fight him to try to get possession of his candy.
