Not only is the Neapolitan protein smoothie pretty to look at, it also tastes amazing! Everyone that knows me, knows that I am a protein smoothie nut. I usually add some supplements to my smoothie because I find that it helps to give me all the nutrients that I need, keeps me nourished and alert with my busy schedule and it helps to keep my hunger at bay which prevents me from unnecessary snacking. Those are all pretty important things!

I created this protein smoothie using fermented vegan proteins+ which is the perfect protein for those of us with a sensitive stomach. This protein tastes fantastic (Yah!!), is easy to digest and it reduces bloating! What’s not to love!! ❤ In addition, fermented vegan proteins+ is soy free, dairy free, gluten free, and non-GMO!

Many vegan protein sources cause bloating.  Th fermentation process used in fermented vegan proteins+ breaks down the shells of the legumes so that the body can process the nutrients and proteins, without causing any stomach upset. Neapolitan Protein Smoothie

Strawberry Layer
  1. 1 Cup frozen strawberries
  2. 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  3. 1/2 Scoop fermented vegan proteins+, Vanilla flavour
Vanilla Layer
  1. 1 Banana, frozen
  2. 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  3. 1/2 Scoop fermented vegan proteins+
Chocolate Layer
  1. 1 Banana, frozen
  2. 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  3. 1/2 Scoop fermented vegan proteins+, Chocolate flavour
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients for the strawberry layer and pour into glasses. Put in freezer.
  2. Blend ingredients for the chocolate layer and pour slowly into the glasses on top of the strawberry layer. Put in freezer.
  3. Blend ingredients for the vanilla layer and pour slowly into the glasses on top of the chocolate layer.
Notes
  1. Apply sprinkles to the edge of your glass for a fun accent. Smoothies can be fun, too!
