My Day At Disney

Okay I have to admit this post has been a long time coming. I went to Disneyland in October! I have no good excuses for not getting this posted sooner other than that I had too many photos to choose from and it was a challenge to narrow it down. I heart Disney!  🙂

It was raining the day that I went. However a rainy day at Disneyland is better than a rainy day elsewhere. It was warm out and we managed to sneak inside when it was raining hardest. We had pretty wet feet by the end of the day though.

We started our day at the Disneyland Park. It has all the iconic sights.  We arrived when it  first opened (and since it was raining) there were hardly any people there…which was super nice when it came to taking photos.

A super special shout-out to Jenny Megenney for these photos!  This was actually the first time that we took photos together. We have several times since then. She’s my fave!

Every time I got to Disneyland or Disney World, I get a different pair of mouse ears. I have been collecting them since I was little.

I love Toontown! We ran into a lot of the characters there. I usually don’t dress like this, but since it was October, a lot of people dress up for Halloween. Why not, right?!?

Since we went in October, they had the cutest decor up and some really great Halloween treats that you don’t want to miss out on. I loved the cake pops, candy apple and the pretzel was oh so good! Disney treats are ALL good!

Next stop was the Disney California Adventure Park.  The ferris wheel makes the best backdrop for photos.  The arcade is also a favourite place to get some great photos there, too.
