Top Tips
Whisk guar gum slowly: This prevents clumping and ensures a smooth texture.
Don’t overheat: Keep the base hot, not boiling, to preserve the creaminess.
Fill molds carefully: Leave just enough room for the crust to sit on top.
Pumpkin Pie Popsicles FAQs
You might find yours set after 4 or 5 hours but I will typically leave mine the full 8 hours or overnight. This just ensures they’re fully frozen and won’t break apart when you try to unmold them.
It’s not recommended since pie filling already has sugar and spices added.
