Gluten Free Strawberry Crisp

This gluten free strawberry crisp is the perfect dessert. Anyone can make an easy baked dessert with fruit and this yummy dessert made with fresh berries is sure to impress. There are plenty of recipes but this is the best gluten free crisp recipe I’ve tried.

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

  • 5 Cups strawberries, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 Cup oats, gluten free
  • 1/4 Cup flour, gluten free
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Wash and cut strawberries.
  • In a bowl, toss the strawberries with the corn starch.
  • Place in an oven safe dish. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • Place over the berries.
  • Cook for 25 minutes.
