Cranberry & Pistachio White Chocolate Bark

Cranberry and pistachio white chocolate bark is perfect for Christmas! It’s like almond bark but with pistachios. This easy holiday treat recipe is so simple to make and if you are a fan of white chocolate, cranberry and pistachio, you’ll love it! This Christmas bark with pistachios and cranberries is perfect for cookie swaps and any holiday event.

  • 1 Pound white chocolate
  • ½ Cup pistachios, shelled
  • ½ Cup dried cranberries


  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring after each interval.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Add the pistachios and cranberries. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture onto the lined pan in an even layer. Depending on the size of the pan, you may not need the entire surface of the pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the bark into pieces.
