This shamrock shake is made with Bailey’s, topped with Irish Cream infused whipped cream and crowned with some magically delicious marshmallows.

  • 2 Cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 Cup Irish Cream Bailey's
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 Drops food coloring Green
  • 1/2 Cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 Cup icing sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Irish Cream Bailey's
  • 2 Tablespoons sanding sugar green, divided
  • 1 Wedge lemon
  • 1/4 Cup Lucky Charms marshmallows


  • Rub the lemon wedge along the rim of the glasses. Place the sanding sugar on a small plate and dip the rim of glass into sanding sugar. Set aside.
  • Put the ice cream, Bailey's, milk, and peppermint in a blender and blend.
  • Add the green food coloring to get the preferred shade of green.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • In a cold metal bowl, whip the cream, Irish Cream and icing sugar together until peaks form.
  • Add whipped cream to glasses, top with Lucky Charms marshmallows and a pinch of sanding sugar.
