Irish Cream Milkshake
This shamrock shake is made with Bailey’s, topped with Irish Cream infused whipped cream and crowned with some magically delicious marshmallows.

- 2 Cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 Cup Irish Cream Bailey's
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3 Drops food coloring Green
- 1/2 Cup whipping cream
- 1/4 Cup icing sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Irish Cream Bailey's
- 2 Tablespoons sanding sugar green, divided
- 1 Wedge lemon
- 1/4 Cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
Rub the lemon wedge along the rim of the glasses. Place the sanding sugar on a small plate and dip the rim of glass into sanding sugar. Set aside.
Put the ice cream, Bailey's, milk, and peppermint in a blender and blend.
Add the green food coloring to get the preferred shade of green.
Pour into glasses.
In a cold metal bowl, whip the cream, Irish Cream and icing sugar together until peaks form.
Add whipped cream to glasses, top with Lucky Charms marshmallows and a pinch of sanding sugar.
