Mango Citrus Berry White Sangria

This mango citrus berry white sangria packs such a flavour punch. It’s a refreshing summer drink which everyone will love and this white sangria with summer fruit is the perfect choice. This is a super easy sangria recipe you can whip up anytime you want a summer fruit cocktail recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 orange 1/2 sliced 1 juiced)
  • 1/2 mango cubed
  • 1/2 Cup strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 bottle white wine semi-dry
  • 1/2 Cup orange liqueur I used Grande Marnier
  • 1 sprig mint   fresh, for garnish
  • 1 can Club soda  

Instructions

  • In a pitcher, add strawberries and pour sugar on top. 
  • Add remaining fruit. 
  • Add orange juice from one whole orange. 
  • Add orange liqueur. 
  • Add full bottle of wine. Stir well with a wooden spoon.  
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Don’t add ice until ready to serve. It will water it down.  
  • When ready to serve, add ice and 3/4 to 1 can of club soda to pitcher.  
  • Pour and garnish with fresh mint.
