Baked Artichoke Dip Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 14 Oz. artichokes 1 can of quartered artichokes
  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 Pinch black pepper to taste
  • 1 Pinch salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, cover and bake from 25 to 30 minutes. I like it crispy on top, so usually I leave it a little more.
  • Serve with veggies, chips, and water crackers.
