Tangy Blueberry Lemonade Popsicles

By: Bella Bucchiotti
Summer is the best time to make blueberry lemonade popsicles and this refreshing summer treat really is easy to make. This citrus and blueberry flavoured popsicle is just what you need if you are looking for a blueberry popsicle without yogurt.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 6

  • 1/2 Cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. blueberries
  • 1 Juiced orange
  • 2 Juiced lemons
  • 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 3 Leaves mint

  • Place one tablespoon of blueberry (for the pink color), the juice of one orange, the juice of two lemons, ¼ cup of granulated sugar and three mint leaves in a blender.
  • Blend until combined. Adjust sweetness if desired. A quick tip: at this point, it might be very sweet or sour, but when chilled, flavors tend to be less intense.
  • Place some blueberries in each popsicle mold and then pour the lemonade. Remember to place the popsicle sticks too!
  • Place them in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until completely hardened.
