Sweet meets nutritious in this healthy mango mousse recipe which is bursting with flavour. You only need 3 ingredients plus a couple of optional ones and garnishes for a perfect mango yogurt mousse. This is a great healthy dessert for kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • 32 Ounces Greek yogurt non-fat plain
  • 4 mangos large, or frozen mango
  • 1 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup coconut cream

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. If you are using frozen mangos be sure to blend them before with a few tablespoons of water until smooth.
  • For better taste, place in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. This will give it a cool, fresh taste.
  • Serve in a small bowl or cup and add the garnish right before serving.
