Spiked Pineapple Bourbon Cranberry Sauce

Spiked pineapple bourbon cranberry sauce is perfect with a brie and cranberry wreath. It’s also amazing with Thanksgiving turkey. Cranberry is the star flavour in this cranberry bourbon relish. If you’re a cranberry fan, make this spiked cranberry sauce recipe!

  • 1/2 Can cranberry sauce , whole berry, 7 ounces
  • 1/2 Can cranberry sauce , jellied, 7 ounces
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup pineapple, crushed
  • 1 OZ bourbon, or whiskey
  • 5 Tablespoons pecans, chopped, as garnish 


  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, jellied cranberry sauce, maple syrup, brown sugar, crushed pineapple, and whiskey.
  • Whisk until smooth. Add to the bowl and store any extra in a mason jar or container.
  • Top with chopped pecans.   


This can be made non-alcoholic as well. Substitute the whiskey/bourbon for ¼ cup maple syrup
