This spiked bananas foster ice cream rum nog is just perfect. Whatever festivities you are arranging, a banana cocktail made with black spiced rum is needed! This eggnog made with ice cream is a fun take on the traditional Christmas nog cocktail.

- 2 Cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 Cup butterscotch sauce
- 2 bananas over ripe
- 4 Ounces rum black spiced, such as Kraken
- ice
- ground cinnamon
- cinnamon stick for garnish
To the container of a blender (or an immersion blender), add vanilla ice cream, butterscotch sauce, and bananas.
Blend until mixture is smooth. Add black spiced rum and blend, once again, until combined.
Pour over ice into a 10 ounce glass. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
