Spiked Bananas Foster Ice Cream Rum Nog Cocktail

This spiked bananas foster ice cream rum nog is just perfect. Whatever festivities you are arranging, a banana cocktail made with black spiced rum is needed! This eggnog made with ice cream is a fun take on the traditional Christmas nog cocktail.

  • 2 Cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 Cup butterscotch sauce
  • 2 bananas, over ripe
  • 4 Ounces rum, black spiced, such as Kraken
  • ice
  • ground cinnamon 
  • cinnamon stick, for garnish


  • To the container of a blender (or an immersion blender), add vanilla ice cream, butterscotch sauce, and bananas.
  • Blend until mixture is smooth. Add black spiced rum and blend, once again, until combined.
  • Pour over ice into a 10 ounce glass. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
