Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add Oreos to a food processor and grind into a powder. (or add to a Ziplock for the same result) Set aside 2 Tablespoons.
Next, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and Oreos in a mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, combine milk, cream, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Whisk well.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Transfer pancake mix into a squeeze bottle, piping bag, or Ziplock with the corner removed.
Squeeze pancake mix onto your skillet in a zig zag or spiral pattern. Cover with a stainless steel bowl and cook for 2 minutes.
Carefully flip the pancake and cook for 1 more minute. Set aside pancake spaghetti in a bowl or on a plate and work in batches.
Garnish with Oreo crumbs and drizzle with maple syrup.
Squeeze pancake mix onto the skillet in whatever pattern is easiest for you to work with.
The pancakes will soften as they rest covered in their serving bowl or plate.
