Halloween Eyeball Punch
This Halloween eyeball punch is a great way to kick off your Halloween party! It's a Halloween punch recipe that is perfect for a crowd.

- 6 Ounces blackberries fresh
- ½ Cup blackberry preserves or jam
- 1 Cup cherry juice chilled
- 1 Cup white grape juice chilled
- 1 Cup cranberry cocktail chilled
- 1 Cup longan juice reserved from the canned longan
- 8 Cups ginger ale chilled
- 40 Ounces longan fruit 2 - 20 Ounce cans in syrup
- 12 Ounces blueberries frozen
- Dry Ice optional
Drain the longan and reserve the juice. Set both aside.
Pour the blackberries into the bottom of a large pitcher. Macerate the blackberries using a long wooden spoon.
Add the blackberry preserves/jam and mix into the macerated berries.
Pour in the cherry juice, white grape juice, cranberry cocktail juice, and reserved longan juice, mix well.
Pour in the ginger ale and give a light stir.
To make the eyeballs, place one frozen blueberry inside of one longan.
The punch can be served with the eyeballs in the punch pitcher, in individual glasses, or served on the side.
