Elderflower Mojito Rum Cocktail
An elderflower mojito is light, refreshing and very tasty. This classic Cuban mixed drink is a rum cocktail with St. Germain elderflower liqueur. Any occasion is perfect for a fancy mojito and you can even omit the rum to make a mojito mocktail instead.

Servings: 1 champagne flute
- 2 Ounces lime juice
- 2 Ounces rum white
- 4 Ounces liqueur St. Germain
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar turbinado raw sugar
- 8 mint leaves medium
- soda water
- lime wedges for garnish or mint leaves or edible flowers
In a shaker place the mint leaves, turbinado sugar, and lime juice. Muddle together.
Add in the white rum, St. Germain, and a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Pour into champagne flutes filled with ice, when pouring the drink fill about ¾ the way full.
Top the drink off with soda water.
Garnish with limes, mint leaves, a sprinkle of and edible flowers.
