Quick & Easy Vegan Pesto
Vegan pesto is that sauce that is a wonderful alternative to a heavy, red sauce. You can add this quick and easy vegan pesto sauce to any pizza, pasta, or even just use it as a dipping sauce with some pita chips!

- 2 Cups basil leaves fresh, packed
- 1 Cup spinach leaves fresh, packed
- 3 Tbsp pine nuts
- 3 Tbsp walnuts
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tbsp water
Add of the ingredients into a food processor or small blender.
Blend until smooth.
If not getting smooth, add a few tablespoons more water.
Store in fridge, freeze in cubes or add on top of your favorite pasta.
