A tropical pineapple mango  smoothie is one of my favourites. I find that it in the morning it is often what I need to get me energized.

  • 20 Oz. pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
  • 1 mango peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 Cup yogurt
  • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • ½ Cup orange juice
  • 1-2 Cups ice cubes


  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more yogurt for a thicker smoothie, if desired.
  • Pour into a cup and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
