Oatmeal

  • 1/2 Cup Instant oats such as Quaker
  • 1 Cup low fat milk or almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Dash cinnamon
  • 11 cherries freeze dried or fresh
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 Tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa nibs
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Combine milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and instant oats in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Stir
  • Add toppings in desired quantities on top of the cooked oatmeal. You can arrange neatly or just throw it on.
