Ingredients

Strawberry Layer

  • 1 Cup strawberries frozen
  • 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 Scoop Protein powder Vanilla flavour

Vanilla Layer

  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 Scoop Protein powder

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 Scoop Protein powder Chocolate flavour

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients for the strawberry layer and pour into glasses. Put in freezer.
  • Blend ingredients for the chocolate layer and pour slowly into the glasses on top of the strawberry layer. Put in freezer.
  • Blend ingredients for the vanilla layer and pour slowly into the glasses on top of the chocolate layer.
