  • 1/2 Cup Peach slices with skin removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 orange skin removed
  • 1 1/2 Cup pineapple chunks Frozen
  • 1/4 Cup pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup ice


  • Pour the pineapple juice into a blender. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, banana, orange and the peach pieces and finally, the ice.
  • turn on blender at low speed, gradually increasing to high. 
  • If the smoothie is too dense, add a little more pineapple juice. Stop when desired smoothie consistency is achieved.
