Morning Green Juice
Did you know that you can make green juice without a juicer? Making green juice in a blender is an inexpensive method of juicing without a juicer. Green juice at home or any juicing at home doesn't need more than a blender... so read on!

- 2 Cups spinach
- 1 Cup kale
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- 7 celery stalks
- 1/3 Cup mint leaves
- 1/3 Cup water read notes
Cut ingredients into pieces and place in a blender. and blend on high speed
Blend on high speed until a smooth consistency. You may need to stop the blender an redistribute the fruits and vegetables to blend properly.
Lay a cheese cloth over a bowl. Pour contents of the blender into the cheese cloth.
Gather the ends of the cheese cloth together and squeeze to remove the juice from the pulp.
Water is needed if using a blender, however, if you are using a juicer you don't need to add water.
