Strawberry Sorbet with Just 4 Ingredients
The deep strawberry flavour will make this refreshing strawberry sorbet with just 4 ingredients an all-time favourite summer dessert idea. This quick and easy sorbet is made from frozen strawberries, but fresh will also work.

- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Cups strawberries fresh or frozen
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice fresh
Place sugar and water into a medium saucepan and bring to a slow boil stirring often. Quickly lower heat and simmer while stirring for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Wash and trim off the stems of the strawberries and place in a blender along with the lemon juice. Blend into a puree that is smooth and free of chunks.
Add sugar mixture to the strawberry mixture and briefly blend on low speed for 15 to 30 seconds.
Pour mixture to a bread tin or ice cube trays and place in a freezer for at least 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
Scoop out with ice cream scooper or spoon and serve.
