Melt chocolate in a sauce pan over a low heat, until smooth.
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread half of the broken cookies, and pretzels onto the cookie sheet.
Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture. Reserve about 3 Tbsp. of the chocolate. Spread with a spatula to even out.
Press the remainder of the broken Oreos into the chocolate on top. Chill for about 5 minutes in the fridge to set ever so slightly.
Drizzle the reserved 3 Tbsp. of reserved chocolate on top to make a web effect.
Sprinkle candy and sprinkles over the bark while it is still warm and soft.
Place in the refrigerator until firm and then break into pieces.
