Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Air fryer breakfast potatoes are flavored with paprika, garlic and parsley. They are wonderful paired with bacon, sausage, eggs, or even a pile of pancakes.

  • fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking the basket at the halfway mark.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Even cooking: Keep the potato pieces similar in size, so you don't end up with some cooked and some half-raw.
Skin on or off: It's up to you whether or not to peel the potatoes. If you like the skins, scrub them well before cooking.
Check when they're done: Use a sharp knife to test when the potatoes are done.
