Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the flour mixture, mixing just until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Preheat your air fryer by setting it to 350°F and allowing it to warm while you form your cookie dough balls.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, form tablespoon-sized dough balls.
  • When the air fryer is preheated, line the basket with a layer of parchment paper and place dough balls evenly apart.
  • Press down lightly in the dough to gently flatten.
  • Cook at 350°F for 5 minutes or until the tops start to turn golden brown.

Notes

Use parchment paper: Keeps cookies from sticking and makes cleanup easier.
Don’t overcrowd the basket: Leave space for cookies to spread.
Check early: Air fryer models vary, so take a peek at 4 minutes the first time.
