Ingredients

Instructions

  • Roll out pie dough. Use a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut 12 circles into each pie dough round.
  • Place rounds onto a lightly floured surface. Add a teaspoon of Nutella to the center of 12 dough rounds and stick the lollipop stick onto the Nutella to hold. Add 3 or 4 mini marshmallows and 1 teaspoon of crushed chocolate and top with a dough round.
  • Crimp the edges using a fork and poke 3 holes using a toothpick into the center.
  • Brush each pie pop with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Wrap the sticks in aluminum foil to protect them from burning.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 385°F for 5 minutes. Place pie pops into the air fryer in a single layer and fry for 8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle each pie pop with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes

Seal edges well: Prevents the filling from leaking out during air frying.
Use foil on sticks: Protects them from burning or charring.
Don’t overfill: Too much filling makes sealing difficult and causes leaks.
Let them cool slightly: The filling gets very hot and needs a moment to set.
