Ingredients

  • 1 Can artichokes quartered, 14-Ounce can
  • 8 Ounces cream cheese
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup parmesan cheese freshly shredded
  • 1 Pinch black pepper
  • 1 Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, cover and bake from 25 to 30 minutes. I like it crispy on top, so usually I give it a little longer.
  • Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or your preferred dippers.

Notes

Drain artichokes well: Excess moisture can make the dip runny.
Grate your own cheese: It melts better than pre-shredded varieties.
Serve hot: The texture and flavor are best warm.
Double the recipe: It goes fast, especially at parties.
