Ingredients

  • 2 Pints cherry tomatoes fresh, sliced in half
  • 1 Pint blueberries fresh
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • Cup basil fresh, leaves only
  • 8 Ounces fresh mozzarella pearls, drained
