Ingredients

Instructions

  • Layer the ingredients in the jar in the following order: cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar, chocolate square, mini marshmallows.
  • Shake the jar slightly between layers to even out the ingredients.
  • Cut about 18 inches of twine (or enough to wrap around the bottle twice with 8 inches extra.
  • Cut out the printable label, and use a hole punch to punch a hole in the top.
  • Wrap the twine around the jar just under the lid. Wrap it around the lid of the Fireball or Bailey’s once before attaching the label.
  • Attach the label and tie a knot in the twine, then tie a bow to complete the jar.

Notes

Use a wide mouth jar: Wider openings keep layers crisp and cleanup easy.
Tamp gently: Tap the jar lightly after each layer so bands stay even.
Label clearly: Note how much mix per mug and the optional splash of liqueur.
Mind particle size: Place finer powders first so they don’t sift into marshmallows.
Portion smart: Mini bottles pair well with 16-ounce jars and look tidy against the lid.
