Boozy Whipped Lemonade
This boozy whipped lemonade is a frozen, creamy citrus dream. Fresh lemon juice, lemon liqueur and condensed milk make it summer’s best sip.

- 1 Cup ice heaping
- ⅓ Cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ Cup + 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- ½ Cup lemon cream liqueur RumChata Limón or similar
- ⅓ Cup lemon juice freshly-squeezed, juice from about 2 large lemons
Optional Toppings
- whipped cream
- 2 lemon wheels
To the container of a blender (or an immersion blender), add ice, sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, lemon cream liqueur, and lemon juice.
Blend until mixture until smooth and airy.
Divide between two glasses.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Use freshly-squeezed lemon juice: Bottled juice won’t give the same brightness.
Don’t skip the ice: It’s key for texture and temperature.
Whip it up: You can use a regular blender or immersion blender for this.
Serve right away: This drink loses its frothy consistency if it sits too long.
Tart lemons? In the case of a very tart or bitter batch of lemons, add additional sweetened condensed milk tablespoon by tablespoon until the desired flavor is reached.
