Ingredients

  • 1 banana cut in half lengthwise
  • 3 Tablespoons Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons granola any kind
  • 5 blueberries fresh
  • 5 raspberries fresh
  • fresh mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions

  • Slice a banana down the middle and place in a bowl or sundae boat. Spread the 2 halves apart slightly.
  • Sprinkle the granola between the banana pieces and then add the yogurt on top of that.
  • Garnish with your favorite fresh berries, adding some mint leaves too if liked, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe bananas: They’re sweeter and softer, perfect for this dish.
Assemble just before eating: This keeps the granola from getting soggy.
Try homemade granola: You can control the ingredients and flavor.
Chill the bowl: It keeps the yogurt cold and refreshing longer.
