This wonderful caramel fudge appeals to everyone, old and young, and you can give some as a gift or stash it all away for yourself (no judgement here!)
Use Nestle chocolate chips: I always get a good outcome if I use Nestle white chocolate chips, so I'd recommend them.
Don't get it too hot: Avoid heating the fudge mixture over 240°F. If you do, the milk and sugar will separate and your fudge will come out waxy and greasy. It will taste the same but not look as good.
Make extra: Salted caramel fudge makes a wonderful gift, so make a second batch!
