To Serve:
- 6 Slices sandwich bread
- lettuce green or red leaf
Add all the ingredients except the bread and lettuce to a medium bowl.
Mix together and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Add the remaining bread slices on top and cut in half to make 6 servings.
