Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring after each interval.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Add the pistachios and cranberries. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture onto the lined pan in an even layer. Depending on the size of the pan, you may not need the entire surface of the pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the bark into pieces. Alternatively, break it into more rustic pieces.

Notes

Chop the mix-ins small: This helps the bark slice more cleanly.
Don’t overheat the chocolate: Melt it slowly and stir often.
Let it cool slightly: Mixing too-hot chocolate with dried fruit may cause separation.
Score before chilling: For neater pieces, lightly score the chocolate before refrigerating.
