Preheat the BBQ to 400°F and prepare for direct cooking.
Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil, 12 inches wide.
In a large bowl, add the gnocchi and pour the melted butter. Mix to coat the gnocchi.
Add the garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and paprika. Mix so the gnocchi is coated with the spices.
Add the tomatoes and corn. Mix well. Divide equally the mixture onto the 4 pre-cut aluminum foil squares.
Close the foil and place on the BBQ grill. Cook for 15 minutes on the preheated BBQ. Rotate after 8 minutes.
Open carefully and serve hot.
Wrap them tight: Foil packs work by trapping steam inside and that's how the food cooks, so ensure you wrap them nice and tight to keep the steam in (and unwrap carefully!)
Tasty extras: Feel free to customize these and make them your own. You can add onions, bacon bits and mushrooms before cooking, or even spinach. The foil packs are good served with some freshly shaved parmesan cheese.
Dry the corn: If you're using canned corn, drain it well. If you're using thawed corn, pat it dry with paper towels.
