Irish Cream Coffee

An Irish cream coffee is a wonderful treat on a chilly evening. It also makes a nice end to a special meal. When did you last enjoy a cup of Irish cream and coffee?

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 6 Ounces coffee hot, fresh brewed
  • 2 Ounces Irish cream
  • 1 Tsp. chocolate shaved

Instructions

  • Whip the heavy whipping cream to soft peaks.
  • Stir together the hot coffee and Irish cream liqueur in a glass mug.
  • Top with the whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
