Notes

Change up the fruit: You might like to use different kinds of fruit every time you're making Italian cream sodas and just about any soft fruit works. There are lots of sugar free syrups available and flavored syrups like raspberry syrup or cherry syrup are always good. Using half fruit syrup and half vanilla syrup is also delicious.
Homemade fruit syrup: If you enjoy making your own fruit syrup, you will love how easily it pairs with sparkling water and cream to make Italian cream sodas.
Garnish perfection: You can garnish each class with fresh peach slices or berries, or even a maraschino cherry or two.
Keep it cool: Throw in some ice cubes to keep the Italian cream soda cooler for longer.
Try something new: Don't be afraid to experiment with the recipe. You might like to swap some of the club soda for coconut milk or add some whipped cream on top as a garnish.
