Ingredients

  • 32 Ounces Greek yogurt
  • 4 mangos large, fresh or frozen, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup coconut cream

Optional Toppings

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. If you are using frozen mangos be sure to blend them before with a few tablespoons of water until smooth.
  • For the best flavor, refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
  • Serve in a small bowl or cup and add your preferred garnish right before serving.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes: The riper the fruit, the sweeter and smoother the blend.
Blend in stages: If using frozen fruit, blend it first with water before adding other ingredients.
Chill before serving: Refrigeration enhances both flavor and texture.
