Notes

Use pitted olives: Don't use olives with their pits still in - you don't want anyone to break a tooth!
Marinating time: Give the mixture at least 20 minutes to marinate before serving, to ensure the flavors are well melded.
Serving temperature: Marinated olives with feta cheese tastes best at room temperature but you can present it chilled if you prefer.
