Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unravel each of the Twizzler candy ropes or red licorice ropes to make the snowman scarves. Next, use kitchen scissors to cut the 8 marshmallows in half.
  • Melt white chocolate chips using the instructions on the package.
  • Once melted, use a cookie scoop to pour each portion of the hot white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use an icing spatula to smooth out the melted white chocolate.
  • Use a few tablespoons of melted white chocolate as glue for the eyes and nose. Dab the chocolate onto the back of 2 edible eyeballs and 1 orange jimmy and place them onto each marshmallow head. Set aside to dry.
  • Place the marshmallow heads onto each melted white chocolate snowman, then wrap a Twizzler robe around each snowman's head to make a scarf.
  • Next, break the 12 pretzel sticks in half and add them to each side of the snowman to create the arms.
  • Add the cinnamon candies and green M&Ms to make the shirt buttons and sprinkle with crystal sprinkles for the snowy effect.
  • Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Stage first: Lay out eyes, noses and scarves before you melt the chocolate.
Thin smart: Stir in a tiny bit of coconut oil if the chocolate seems thick.
Press lightly: Nest decorations into the warm chocolate so they bond.
Work in batches: Pour smaller puddles so you can decorate before they set.
Trim cleanly: Snip licorice ends so scarves look tidy.
