Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  • Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove and allow the crust to fully cool.
  • Meanwhile in a large mixing bowl, whisk together the jello, gelatin and boiling water until the jello dissolves.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until combined. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  • Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Spread the mixed berries across the top.
  • Return to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 or overnight until fully set and firm. Slice and serve.

Notes

Allow enough time for setting: After assembling the mixed berry jello dessert, refrigerate it for the recommended time to allow the jello and creamy layers to set correctly. This ensures a firm, stable dessert that holds its shape when sliced.
Chill before serving: For the best flavor and texture, refrigerate the dessert for at least a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set fully.
Slice neatly: To get perfect, clean slices, use a sharp knife and slice the dessert straight out of the fridge.
Garnish creatively: To add a finishing touch to your dessert, garnish it with fresh berries, mint leaves, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar just before serving. Play around and add edible flowers.
