Starbucks Copycat Pink Drink
This homemade Starbucks pink drink gives you all the flavor of the store-bought drink but for less money. And you can pick your sweetness!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup strawberry juice strawberry acai or white cran strawberry
- ¼ Cup freeze-dried strawberries
- ½ Cup coconut milk
- ice
For the Strawberry Cold Foam:
- 1 Tablespoons strawberry syrup
- 1 Tablespoons sweet cream
- 3 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Fill 2 serving glasses with ice.
- Add the freeze-dried strawberries, strawberry acai juice and coconut milk to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain the shaker over the ice in the glasses, leaving a little room on top for the strawberry foam.
- Whisk the strawberry syrup, sweet cream and heavy whipping cream until thick.
- Pour the strawberry foam on top of the pink drink and garnish with some freeze-dried strawberries.
Notes
Shake thoroughly: Shake the drink well. You want to ensure everything is well combined.
Adjust to taste: You can make the drink sweeter or less sweet, if you like.
Enjoy immediately: As the drink sits, the ingredients will start to separate, so serve it right away.
