Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl in the microwave for 60 seconds and stir. They won’t all be melted, which is fine.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and microwave for another minute or until smooth, stirring well to combine.
  • Pour this fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and use a spatula to spread it out and flatten it.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set and then cut into 1-inch squares.

Notes

Don't overcook the chocolate chips: The chocolate chips will get clumpy and hard if you cook them too much.
You need the parchment paper: Don't swap the parchment paper for nonstick cooking spray. The fudge will stick to the baking dish and break up.
Use canned and bagged ingredients: Either use a can of sweetened condensed milk and a bag of white chocolate chips or weigh them. If you use too much chocolate, the fudge will be hard. If you don't use enough, it won't set properly.
