Cuisine: American
Keyword: air fryer, pork
Servings: 4

Ingredients

For Garnish:

  • 1/4 Cup parsley freshly chopped

Instructions

  • Remove the pork chops from the fridge and let come to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes
  • Brush a layer of yellow mustard onto the pork chops. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket, leaving room between each pork chop. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  • While the pork chops are cooking, prepare the honey mustard. In a small bowl, combine honey, stone ground mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and crushed garlic. Whisk to combine.
  • Pour honey mustard mixture into a saucepan over high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove pork chops and let rest 5 minutes on a cutting board. Pour honey mustard over the pork chops and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Notes

Use thick pork chops: These are harder to accidentally overcook and are more juicy and succulent.
Bring them to room temperature: This makes them juicier. Cold meat will seize up when brought into contact with the heat and that makes it tougher.
Let them rest afterwards: Give them at least 5 minutes afterwards - another way to maximize how juicy they come out!
